Description

Know exactly what grade you need. This student planner turns your syllabi into one dashboard: weighted grade per course, semester and cumulative GPA, a 'Need 93% avg' target for the work you still have to do, every deadline in one list, and study hours against a weekly goal. Works in Excel 2016+/365, Google Sheets and LibreOffice (formulas only, no macros), plus AI workflows. 9 tabs: Settings (semester dates, prior credits + GPA, target GPA, study goal, editable grade scale and 6 renamable grade categories), Courses (up to 8 courses with credits, target grade and category weights; shows current grade, letter, grade points, gap to target, ungraded weight, the average needed on remaining work and a status: On track, Need X% avg, Target secured or Out of reach), Assignments (400 rows with due date, course, task, category, status, estimated hours, points earned/possible; auto score %, days left, Overdue/Due soon/Graded flags and a Check column that catches typos), Study Log (1,000 sessions with auto week numbers), Weekly Planner (20 weeks of deadlines due, hours of work due, study hours per course, goal met/missed, Heavy week alert), Timetable (weekly class grid that counts class hours per course), GPA Planner (what-if letter grades for projected semester and cumulative GPA plus a final exam calculator showing the score needed for every letter) and a Dashboard (semester progress, semester + cumulative GPA, courses below target, open/overdue/due-soon items, study hours vs goal, next 10 open deadlines, data checks, 2 charts). Fictional Fall 2026 example included (6 courses, 112 assignments, 32 graded, 58 study sessions). Verified in LibreOffice: 0 formula errors and 0 mismatches against an independent recompute across 5 test scenarios. Also 4 AI workflows (SKILL.md) for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any agent: semester kickoff from syllabi, weekly study plan, grade rescue planner, exam prep schedule; and 40 copy-paste student prompts. Planning tool, not an official transcript; your school's grading rules win. Cygnix Labs digital pack.
