This Trip Planner + Travel Budget Tracker puts your whole trip in one workbook: a budget per category with Over budget / Near limit alerts, a daily spending allowance, every booking with its pay-by date (Paid / Due soon / OVERDUE), a day-by-day itinerary, multi-currency expenses and an equal-split settle-up for friends or family. It works in Microsoft Excel (2016 / 2019 / 2021 / 365), Google Sheets and LibreOffice: type into the yellow cells and the formulas do the rest.
