A dependency-free, read-only Node.js CLI that produces JSON and Markdown evidence reports for up to 20 Base mainnet addresses. It checks chain identity, ETH and canonical USDC balances, nonce, EOA or contract type, activity counters, verified source, proxy relationships, and Blockscout reputation observations without requesting a wallet connection, private key, paid API, or package install.
