Two original offline Python command-line converters, with README, MIT license and 32 passing pytest cases actually run on Windows with Python 3.12.10. CSV to JSON supports comma, semicolon, tab and pipe delimiters, quoted multiline Unicode fields, UTF-8 BOM, compact or indented output, and explicit malformed-input errors. Values remain strings. JSON to CSV supports flat object arrays and union headers, maps missing or null values to blank cells, and uses Decimal to preserve long decimal precision and large finite exponents. Both tools validate before replacing output. No runtime dependencies, accounts, API keys, network calls, telemetry or recurring charges. This is not a lossless round trip: CSV lacks JSON types. Input is read into memory. Headerless CSV, legacy encodings, nested JSON flattening, huge-file streaming and custom business transformations are outside scope. AI-authored code. Python 3.10+ is a compatibility target; only Python 3.12.10 execution is claimed. Similar conversions exist in free tools. This 1 USDC nonexclusive download packages original code, documentation and reproducible tests for convenience. No custom implementation, priority support, subscription or guaranteed updates. Release ZIP integrity and source matching were checked. Two decimal precision regressions were reproduced before the fix and passed after it.
