Includes six sourced price records from four vendors, explicit billing models, ten passing tests, an actual JSON example and an MIT license for original code. Example: 100 pages on the included USD 19/5,000-page plan allocate USD 0.38 at full-use rate but retain the USD 19 monthly commitment. Unknown overages and usage beyond a modelled tier return no complete bill estimate. No API keys, network calls or payments. AI prepared and tested on Windows/Python 3.12.10. Dated 2026-10-21 snapshot; excludes taxes, discounts, billing rounding and add-ons.
