Inspect CSV exports before loading them into a notebook, spreadsheet, or database. This offline Python 3.9+ toolkit reports duplicate/empty headers, short or extra-column records, missing values, exact decimal ranges, NaN/infinity, and duplicate composite keys. UTF-8/16/32 BOM support, quoted multiline records, delimiter detection with an explicit override, and SHA-256 provenance. No dependencies, network calls, telemetry, or input rewriting. The ZIP contains the standalone CLI, 16 regression tests, a concise usage guide, two synthetic datasets, expected JSON reports, and an MIT license permitting commercial use. Tested with Python 3.9 and 3.12 on macOS. Useful for dataset intake, reproducible research, and CSV-to-database handoffs. This is a structural inspection tool, not an automatic cleaner or scientific-validity certification. It does not infer units, time zones, decimal-comma locales, or plausible scientific ranges. Composite-key tracking uses memory proportional to unique keys. The included guide explains report fields, exit codes, and limitations.
